General Delivery Information

Can I select a time for my flowers to be delivered?

While all efforts will be made to deliver your order per specific requests, please note most deliveries will be made from 3pm to 7pm. As we are an eco-friendly provider, to minimise waste, same day delivery is not available.

What locations do you deliver to?

Deliveries are made to the Illawarra region only. i.e. from Helensburg to Gerringong. If your postcode does not create a delivery fee upon finalising your order and you are located within the Illawarra, please let us know here.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is charged at a flat fee of $10.00 throughout the Illawarra.

How do I know my flowers have been delivered?

If you would like an update please contact us.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Please be very careful in providing us with correct and up to date address information. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order, as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our location, we can redeliver, but at a charge of 50% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

Are you sending flowers on the weekend?

Generally we do not deliver on weekends, with the exception of certain special holidays or events. Please contact us to see if special arrangement can be made.

Delivering Your Order

We are aware that every order and delivery is unique. To ensure delivery of your gift goes smoothly, please email us with your order number with any specific delivery requirements. When instructed to deliver to open or shared spaces, such as reception areas, we are not responsible for orders not collected by the recipient. To add, if we do not deem it safe to leave the order, it will be returned to dispatch. We may deem a delivery location unsafe if there is no sheltered area to leave the goods away from the street or public view, and/or there is no access to the building, unit/apartment or no suitable place to leave the delivery.

Deliveries during the corona virus pandemic

To ensure the safety of our delivery drivers and for those receiving a gift from bella floristry, we will no longer request signatures upon receipt of the order. Instead, drivers will take a photo of the gift at the door or desk at it’s specified destination. Furthermore, drivers will be using hand sanitiser prior to loading and prior to handling your order again at the delivery address.
